What is the delivery time of my order?

At the Z boutique, we strive to process orders quickly. Orders placed on weekdays before 3 p.m. are processed the same day. Delivery times for most of our products vary between 6 and 10 business days as they are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

No, the Z boutique takes care of the shipping costs, so there is no additional cost to you.

Where can I check the current status of my order?

We use Track & Trace for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link to the order status page. There you can follow the progress of your order. It may take some time before the Track & Trace status is available.

How can I return items?

If you have any doubts or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions as stated on the website. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days.

What to do if I provided an incorrect delivery address?

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. We do our best to process and ship your order quickly. However, we usually have limited time to correct an incorrect delivery address. If you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately.
